A food maker wants to print the expiry date directly on salad bags.

Solution proposed by alpharoll

alpharoll provided an overall solution in this case. A thermal transfer ribbon had to be found which remains wiping resistant when the bag encounters humidity. The appropriate thermal printer was easy to find.
